I don't know the company behind this one whether it was Bandai or another outfit, got this one years ago as a gift and it's a thin layer of rubber over a skeletal mechanism that allows the monster to walk and roar. It's been a long time since it's run as it takes a ton of batteries and age has not been the kindest to it, but it was a pretty good thing to get back in the late 90s before I had the advantages of ordering kaiju figures off of the internet.
