After a particular awful couple of months it was nice to get some early birthday presents revolving around my favorite lizard king. The Mega Godzilla figure Playmates put out for Godzilla vs Kong was an unnecessary figure for me since I've got QUITE a few versions of the Legendary Godzilla at this point, but I have to give the figure its impressive size and I'm always a sucker for light up and sound gimmicks, and if you're a Godzilla collector there's just something awesome about a toy that has his film accurate roars AND lights up blue in the dorsal plates.
