Description
Currently the end of my Mothra trilogy figure collection, the high grade gashopon Armored Mothra figure from Mothra 3. The switch forms Mothra had in the films were probably some of the most kiddie elements in the films because they reminded me a lot of super sentai kind of stuff where the hero fights in their first form, comes up short and then wins the day by switching out to a more super powered alternate mode, but hey I'm a sucker for variation in kaiju design and transformation so it was fun to see what Toho came up with for these movies. Oddly enough as far as I can tell they never made a toy of Eternal Mothra, the final form that is taken at the end of Mothra 3 very briefly.

nice I remember this with the 89 Godzilla, 56 Rodan, Gorosaurus, Baragon, and Cretaceous King Ghidorah Gashapon figures

I ended up getting most of those, Baragon was one of my favorites in the Gashapon series because they just really nailed it.
