aka: BARAGON

Length: 67 meters

Alignment: Neutral/Earth defenders

Smuggled to mainland Japan as a precious jewel, was actually an egg, hatched BARUGON, a huge fierce Crocodilian kaiju who immediately began to ravage the docks snapping up helpless humans in his jaws or grabbing them with his long sharp tounge. fortunately GAMERA was in the deep part of the bay and the commotion drew his attention. Barugon was all but beaten by the great turtle until the monster unveiled his most fiendish attack a deadly rainbow that shot from his back scutes, which almost spelled the end of Gamera who had to retreat. Appearing to have won Barugon left the city and took up residence in a patch of woods outside the city where military forces launched an attack against him, unfortunately like so many kaiju before him Barugon proved impervious to man's weapons and with a quick flash of his tounge froze his enemies solid, then he proceeded to rummage through the carnage for the soldiers he froze to eat.
Days went on til one day it began to rain and the water was painful to Barugon and it burned his flesh as desperately tried to escape underground, but just as his tail was heading down behind him Gamera reappeared and yanked the monster from his hole and proceeded to beat the crap out of him. Barugon tried to use his rainbow beam but in the rain it merely fizzled and burned him instead, Gamera forced Barugon to a nearby lake and after a terrible struggle forced the land Croc into it where he is thought to have either drowned or dissolved.
A couple years Later, either the same or maybe a different Barugon was discovered in China where it helped Gamera against the alien kaiju GUIRON, afterwards it was captured with the aid of MOTHRA's yellow mist and placed on one of the smaller outlying islands of the Monster island chain.
