The year 1966-67 proved to be the years of the kaiju as many new and fearsome monsters were roused to the human world from the uncontrolled nuclear experiments of the 40's and 50's. But Reptilicus was a different matter he is speculated to have been released by the Muans as he bears a strong resemblance to Manda, cept for the lack of hind legs and wings, he also had the super regenerative power that rivals even Godzilla's. Reptilicus rose from the sea and attacked the Irish countryside devouring humans and livestock alike and eventually found his way to Dublin were his 100 meter coils crushed buildings to rubble until a massive amount of tranquilizer was shot into his delicate mouth as his scales were like steel plates he was then moved to monster island in 1968. In 2009 the Kilaaks would control reptilicus and send him and Gezora to attack south Africa but he would be freed of their power and turn against the alien overlords.

Excuse me, but as far as I know there are two movies called "Reptilicus" and they were produced as a Danish-American co-operation. The Danish version was released in 1961 and the American version released in 1962. The plot was that a danish engineer uncovered the frozen tail of a prehistoric reptile in Lapland(I think thats either a northern part of Sweden or a part of Norway). The tail was moved to Denmark, Danmarks Akvarium(The Aquarium of Denmark) where it was accidently warmed up(thawed). The tail slowly regenerated into an estimated 30 meter long reptile with wings on its back. It broke loose and started attacking cattle and was chased into hiding in the sea, where it lost a leg after being bombed. It later attacked Hamburg(Germany) and Stockholm(Sweden) before returning to attack Copenhagen(Denmark). Reptilicus was finaly defeated by fireing a load of anesthesia into its open mouth. The movie ended with a picture of Reptilicus' leg on the bottom of the sea, slowly regenerating. The only difference(as far as I know)between the two versions are the spoken language and that in the Danish version, Reptilicus is seen flying above Hamburg, and that in the American version it has the ability to spit acid.
I just wanted to clear up a few things about the background of Reptilicus, and I by no means, try to make any offends.
