What bizarre mysteries wait beyond the fragile veil humans consider "normal", what horrors have assailed from other times and dimensions to be seen by those unlucky few and whose effigies became the myths only to be scoffed at in modern times. Ghidorah is one such horror .
In 1965 it was a strangely hot summer in Japan and from somewhere beyond the reach of man a sphere plummeted to the earth at the same time the monster Mothra stirred sensing the coming of Ghidorah the destroyer of worlds. Ghidorah was well over a 100 meters long and towered over Mothra's larva form, knowing she had no chance, Mothra tried desperately to sway Godzilla and Rodan from their senseless battle to help her which they eventually did and the three kaiju drove Ghidorah from their world. Ghidorah is unknown to have a homeworld and is not very intellegent and would come under the thrall of the Nebulans, in 1972, the Kilaaks, in 2009 then into voluntary service to Spacegodzilla. Godzilla has a particular hatred for Ghidorah for his ruthless nature.
