Orga since he has Godzilla's cells it gives him the same healing factor, but little is known about Clover, in my opinion its hard to say on this fight, in fact in any Clover vs fight its hard to say.

i dunno orga could ry to shot his beam wepon but clover wasent killed by a nuke so at this close range i think its a tie, casue depending on who hits who first is the winner

update: J.J. Abrams just recently confirmed that the bombing on Manhattan did indeed kill Clover.
Guess he's not a durable as people thought he was

So the monster in C2 is probably going to be another one of Clover's species, possibly one of his siblings. Oh and recent data has been released showing many people grossly over-estimated Clover's height. He's about 82 meters when reared up, and about 41 when on all fours.
Now based on the fact that Orga has so much brute strength, and has a ranged weapon, and that Clover has no ranged attacks or combat experience what so ever; my conclusion for this fight. Orga wins

No, Clover was not hit with a nuke, if he had been, the camera would have been destroyed. There is no way that a few feet of rubble would rotect a camera from a nuclear explosion.
