The great cataclysm was caused by an object that fell from the Sky, and rearranged the Urth, but the object was a cocoon that held the feared god of Oblivion himself, Necrosan, a half skeletal dragon creature. His intention was to destroy all life in all world and dimensions, in his eyes living things are primitive and for the first time the Urth gods were forced to unite and defeat the new evil and his zombie followers.
