Rito Revolto Rita Repulsa's long deceased brother who was a horribly cruel and vicious general in life, and was slaughtered by his own men 78mya. In 1993 he was resurected by the approaching evil of Spacegodzilla and returned to life as a skeletal kaiju warrior. He is a bully and regularly takes his aggression out on Squatt and Baboo, since his return to life he has gained extraordinary powers but his brain has begun to deteriorate and stupidity has settled in his mind,but he is still very dangerous and a skilled swordsman.
