One of the heads of terrible OROCHI fell to the sea where it combined with the tiny Zooplankton to create Shiigan. Though lightly built and frail looking Shiigan is a fierce fighter capable of slicing opponents to bits before they even know whats happened, and if that isn't bad enough he can deliver thousands of volts of electric energy through her various knife-like claws and sharp horns.
Shiigan's history is a mystery but he and his sister and good brothers heeded the call to arms when MOTHRA summoned them to aid in the battle with CLONE GODZILLA.
