I went crazy today and decided to start the wanderer prompts for Vetru. I somehow managed to finish them all tho!

Top left - Biome

I imagine when Vetru first found out about carnivorous plants they would have been absolutely captivated by them. A plant that gains nourishment by being a predator is really something else and I can see how Vetru would sit hours to observe and study how they capture and dissolve their prey. Also I always imagine Vetrus elemental showing up a little when they get excited about something haha.

Top right - Challenges

I believe the biggest challenge Vetru faces in their biome are themselves and the damage they do when their emotions go out of control and their elemental power ravages through the land. Vetru finding an animal that has been harmed by their elemental has to be devastating, even if it is the size of a mouse. Learning from their mistake and seeking forgive is not easy. It requires a lot of time and work and some wounds never heal or can be forgotten. Living with them is a challenge.

I wanted to show the moment Vetru uses their enchantment to make sure the lightning doesn't cause any damage. Thought it would be interesting to show the enchantment flash up the moment the lightning strikes!

Bottom right - Elemental Power

As Vetru doesn't always have control over their elemental but tries very hard to learn how to do so. I feel like Vetru would often spent time watching natural lightning storms. Studying them. Their impact. Power. Speed. Etc. All in hopes of getting a better understanding of how lightning works in nature can help them control their elemental better.
