I love that sort of "Omai wa mu shindeiru" look that Agul is giving Hedorah. Not sure who would actually win, as I don't watch much Ultraman, but I still find it funny. Great print btw.

Well, "Smog" is just the term being used, he embodies pollution in general.

He is bigger. Toho monsters are statically larger than Ultras and monsters from the Ultraman franchise

Hedorah is 60-100 meters depending on the generation, where as Agul is 56 meters, so it is safe to assume this is FinalHedo fighting Agul.
