I LOVE this pic. This is my favorite Sentai team for costumes, zords, etc. That being said, that is a VERY odd looking Yellow Unicorn/Kirin.

The yellow zord was actually a Japanese mythical creature called a Kirin in Dairanger, but they called it a Griffin in Power Rangers.

Within what we watched in Mighty Morphin' it's a Griffin. A year before that was done in MMPR,Gosei Sentai Dairanger had a Kirin. Which is CRAZY! Kirins are known to have one horn on head. Griffins are known to be winged eagle-lions. So WHY IN DUH FUH was the Kirin Mecha renamed the Griffin Zord and the Pegasus Mecha was renamed the Unicorn Zord in Mighty Morphin'!?!?!??!!?!??!?!!??!!?!? Somebody better get them answers!!!ππ !
