I love how Mothra and Rodan are fighting Monster X, Kumonga is fighting Hedorah, Battra is fighting Gigan, and Godzilla and Titanosaurus are fighting Space Godzilla, while Anguirus looks like he just walked in on this.

Oh my god...THIS IS BEAUTIFUL! The kaiju are all so detailed and so much is going on its crazy! Like a real kaiju melee, gorgeous stuff man, you outdid yourself
I love the sight of Godzilla & one of his greatest foes, Space Godzilla, facing off, with Titanosaurus in the background chewing on SG's tail lol, and Anguirus by his best bud's side ready to help. I also like how Gigan is blocking Battra's prism beams with his hooks, and Kumonga is gouging out Hedorah's eye >8D
Nice touch with Monster X ripping up Mothra's wing too, putting her on the defensive >8D. The only downside to this image in my opinion is how Rodan is forced into the background & webbed up while everyone else, including Battra (who's basically a dark twin to mothra), get more attention (Rodan totally didn't get enough love in the Millennium era, Mothra was rather overused lol). Kinda wish Rodan was given a more active role in this scene given his status as one of the famous four, BUT, otherwise this is one of the coolest kaiju battles I've ever seen, well done

Yeah, I figured. Knowing your style you always put a monster's tail in the drawing. Not only do they add more life to the piece but they also give your eyes something to follow. Btw, I love how Battra's beam collides with Gigan's claw, nice touch

I have to disagree - without the human drama to drive the narrative, it becomes increasingly difficult to care about a bunch of immortal god-monsters punching each-other.

Well, that's your opinion so that's fine. Everybody has different tastes. In every kaiju movie I watched or game I played, I just skipped the scenes.

Well, it's unfortunate, 'cuz that means you'd miss out on great characters like the cast of Mothra vs. Godzilla or the fun little moments peppered throughout GMK. Or the more domestic, family-life scenes from Ghidrah the Three Headed Monster that bring much-needed levity to the monster action. It just seems aggressively limiting.

I couldn't actually care less about the humans. Even if I did watch them, I couldn't even understand a single word they say anyways. War of the Monsters had barely any human intervals, nor did Rampage, and they did just fine. ._.
