Wait is the rulers if earth kiryu made from godzillas bones? Or is he just a cyborg? Idk if anyone can answer my question I'd appreciate it

From what I understand, Kiryu is a cyborg based on the design and personality of Godzilla.Β If I'm reading this right, the first Mechagodzilla in Kingdom of Monsters (MG2 in the films) was the original basis of this design.Β After the final battle with Godzilla and King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla was disbanded during Godzilla Ongoing, allowing multi-billionaire tycoon Daniel Mammon to get his hands on the machine and upgrade it to Mechagodzilla 2 (which would be the first Kiryu in Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla).Β At the end of that series with the final battle between Godzilla, Spacegodzilla, and Monster X, Kiryu was totalled in an effort to defeat SpaceG (but Kiryu was not destroyed and still quite intact).Β I'm assuming that this Kiryu in Rulers of Earth- Mechagodzilla 3 in this series now- is the same one from Godzilla Ongoing, but just repaired with better weapons and abilities.Β
In other words, I do not believe that this Mechagodzilla is using Godzilla's bones.Β

Well, since Godzilla still belongs to Toho, I think that Simon Strange and Matt Frank would still have to ask to use the Godzilla characters' likenesses in the game, even though Neo was Matt Frank's creation.

If it was on consoles, I'm betting it would be on most next-gen systems (Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, Wii, Wii U, things like that).Β I guess it really depends on how well the first game does on the PC.Β
