I can't believe this was (or will be) 5 years ago. Man, both 2013 and 2014 was an amazing to be a Godzilla fan. It actually felt like an epic career rebirth for him. Rulers of the Earth was also an amazing comic line!!! I wish IDW was stilling doing it. Damn shame.

This scene kind of reminds me of an early draft of Mothra vs. Godzilla where it was going to be a thought-to-be-dead Big G that washed ashore instead of Mothra's egg. Do you work close enough to Chris Mowry to know whether that inspired this or not?
