Nice art, but I don't think Legendary will give electricity to Kong, because as we seen in Godzilla that other than being immune to human weapons, size and atomic breath (key characteristics of Godzilla) they went for realism, so I think Kong will use agility and objects. I like to imagine that Kong pounds his fists on the ground, causing Godzilla to fall over as it collapses beneath him. The surrounding buildings also collapse on Godzilla, giving Kong the opportunity to beat the hell out of him, either with his bare fists or a big chunk of debris that he finds.

Maybe it's a stretch, but I think a clever way to sneak in Kong's lightning or at-least reference it would be him uprooting power lines and transmitter poles then bending them round his hands. He gets metal-braced fists to punch with and in a storm can conduct electricity without doing it HIMSELF. Compared to all the other "titans" with powers they really have to capitalise on Kong's intelligence/inventiveness.
