Probably a collective "WTF" from the audience. However, the original King Kong vs Godzilla ended in a draw and no one was in an uproar, they just appreciated the fact that it was a monster movie. But in this generation where everyone's like "Goku v Superman" "Batman v Superman" "Knight v Samurai", they expect a winner, and if it ends in a draw... IDK.
