Okay, what do you love and hate about the design?Β Free opinions.
I personally love this design.Β Why?
1. It borrows from the original '54 suit and updates it.
2. This version of Godzilla looks like he was mutated by H-Bomb testing which is why he looks so grotesque.
3. The eyes.Β They are blank, emotionless eyes that, like the original, appear to look down.
4.Β This looks like an animal filled with rage, coming to punish humanity for our assault on nature.

Yeah but the eyes are just so small that its off putting and just makes me think that they were meant for another animal or something. The teeth are amazing though, how their all over the place. Its pretty cool
I really can't say much atm since we have yet to see an entire body. Though personally, im hoping for spines like the Godzilla Reborn, or the Bio Goji, etc.

Really? In the original his eyes looked about normal size. The ones in the 2014 film were small, but showed emotions, this just looks like a mindless puppet or animal. Which I guess is what they were going for.

I do like the creepy vibe, but I think your drawing is leagues above the still. Maybe because it is the Big G in action. The picture of an animal and the dreal deal always come across as very different.

Matt, I like your version better than the official image. Β The only thing I really like about the official image is the creepy vibe. Β I absolutely hate the needle like teeth - just terrible in my opinion. Β So far I think this is a poor design, but I will reserve final judgement until we see a full body image.

I am not sure. The real picture reminds me of a Goomba from the Super Mario Bros. movie...on drugs. But your picture looks a lot better. I don't know, maybe I need to see more of the official design in action in order to grow accustomed to it.
