Ah. Because the Toho designs, the eyes kinda bothered me, I felt that Godzilla looked goofy. The Legendary design actually looks threatening.

Legendary just looks like an alligator that has Tyrannosaurus Rex DNA basically.
Shin Godzilla is meant to be sort of like a Zombie, well, a mutation that's evolving. The eyes are, ehh, ok, he's supposed to look terrifying.

I think they are both very strong but in my opinion Legendary Godzilla is good at speed and Shin Godzilla is good at damage. I haven't learned a lot from them but I like both movies, my favorite part in both movies are when Legendary came and met the female MUTO, and when Shin Godzilla used Atomic Breath and the music played was Who Will Know Tragedy.
