Description
Almost 2 weeks into March and I’ve already covered 30% of the new titans, the 6th titan of kotm is none other than Bunyip, the swamp monster of aboriginal Australia. You may notice how different this model looks now compared to the one from Titanocember, the skin color is a light brown, the feet are webbed and of darker brown, it has a mane running down its spine made of fur and this design has a very Platypus like look. This is because I was unsatisfied with the original design since it wasn’t a very original design, it was stolen from other people’s drawings, so I’ve decided to change, plus this new look suits Bunyip a lot better. The horns, the single massive eye on top, and the platypus tail remain unchanged, and before you ask, no I don’t care what the leaked x ray images show, as those are most likely placeholders, I like my Bunyip to be a mammalian Kaiju and not some ugly eel.Related content

I like the idea of Bunyip being a mammal, but I see where you’re coming from.

The Muto 3 isn’t Abaddon, Michael Dougherty said that Muto isn’t meant to be any of the new titans, he said it was a whole new creature that was hibernating. The Abaddon May be a Muto like monster, but I highly doubt it’s an actual Muto. Plus the x rays don’t even have a Muto like x ray or bio acoustics. I’m not trying to Diminish everything you’re saying but I disagree on that part.

I tried cleaning it up a bit by upping the brightness, but on the right is a long multisegmented leg, bottom center the body, and left is a very familiar little arm. It’s a MUTO.

I mean obviously a different species from the ones in 2014. Also several factors do add to it..
The Demon Bear that lives in Devil’s Tower is described as a Giant Hairless thick skinned black or brown creature with long stiff legs and glowing eyes, and many interpretations mistake it as a trunkless carnivorous elephant... because some people are not that smart.
In many myths it has massive claws it used to carve valleys and rivers. It’s main enemy is Huron and Thunderbird (Godzilla and Rodan) in all myths, and it’s always an entity of destruction or death.
Abaddon was in Colorado (headed East) at the time the Boston battle started so it was likely closer than any of the others. M3 came from the Northwest along with Scylla who was already headed Northeast as well. Neither had any real natural barriers to get around while Tiamat was behind around 3 mountain ranges and Behemoth swam, sloths evolved to swim originally but at a time whales were full on predators so they went back on land, tree sloths are amazing swimmers.
There are other hints, but to clarify I’m not saying it is just that it is extremely likely, at this point it’s a wait if Legendary ever updates MS and see but it’s seriously either a really good ruse from them or it is... like I’m a huge skeptic and I unless I have enough evidence to back it I wouldn’t even bring it up... let alone be 95% certain of anything, if I am wrong awesome! Time to work on my deductive abilities so I do better next time, if I am right... well shit I guess a broken clock is right at least twice a day!!
I mean from little details I have noticed in the movie (background stuff, the end credits stuff, and subtle hints) I am pretty sure about what I am saying, I am willing to be wrong but I wanna share what I have noticed is all in case someone noticed a pattern and got stuck so they can build off it... I do have a habit of coming off as a nut at times though.

Like I said, it could look like a Muto but I don’t think it actually is a Muto. Honestly, I wanna wait and see the movie rather than rely on leaks, since we still have less than a yr for this movie to come out and there’s still no trailer or official pics.

Theres just what we got anyway...
When do you think marketing will start? Cause I am bothered that literally it was hinted that two weeks after KOTM MonarchSciences would update, and it just died instead...

Very interesting and I have read about all this, though it’s important to note that these are my own interpretations of the MV titans, not necessarily the actual official designs (which I honestly dislike). Also I heard Bunyip doesn’t actually have a definitive description, it has 9 regional descriptions, as some describe it as a hippo or a crocodile or an eel or some weird animal hybrid.

Well remember how Titans are a species? There are... around 20 myths of Bearded Serpents that control weather or water, while also shaping the land, in every Aboriginal tribe (Bobbi-Bobbi being the most well known). Bunyip has these anemone looking things on it and eels have a neck sack that is wrinkled, at that size from far away it would look like a beard... and generally speaking half these myths were made by people who were not standing around to find out how nice it was... also I can say with certainty that you should look up the regional drugs of the areas these Titans are from that are exactly as old as that civilization. They were probably running away from the giant animal while utterly blitzed.
The Greeks drank water they fermented a fish in for 5 months and then ate it... that fish was filled with a naturally occurring chemical that is the main ingredient in LSD... raw and unfiltered. It caused delusions, audio/visual hallucinations, and nightmares while awake...

True. Though I wanted to make my version of Bunyip different and not just make it as another reptile or dragon or sea serpent, as mammalian Kaiju are very underused.

Well it IS the first fish monster to a degree so its got that going!
I can tell you right now we are gonna have probably 6 mammals from the MV...
Tiamat, Kong, Behemoth, Amhuluk- maybe (its from a region that worships bears, and in some Native American folklore is a demon beaver), Camazotz, and Abaddon if its M3... and its kin.
MUTO are mammals according to the director of 2014 and the people who made them. They have spines and are synapsids... but my inner biologist had a mental breakdown about that one. I did explain it away for myself in a way that was logical though.
