Hey guys. :'D Long time, no see, right? I'm so sorry I've practically gone MIA as far as artwork goes for the past couple of months! Trying to teach myself new subjects has seriously thrown me into art block. I mean, I'm still drawing but I don't have anything really worth uploading and because of that, I've been away from dA more than normal. Hopefully that'll change soon! I feel bad for not updating my gallery as much like I normally do. ;^;Anyway! This was a clipart commission for *Jack-13 who wanted me to draw up a Disney styled clipart of this awesome fox here and of course I was more than happy to try my hand at it. It was a first actually trying to base a design on an actual animal but it was fun! Haha, I hope I was able to capture her at least a bit but if there's anything you still want tweaked or changed, Tyler, just let me know. Hope you like it though! <3

I absolutely love this!! The fox is so adorable. She looks sweet and ready to play. The markings are spot-on for the most part, though you might want to make the tail a little whiter; cross foxes are still red foxes, and all red foxes have a white-tipped tail. Except maybe ones selectively bred in captivity for unique colours-- I can't remember what colours their tail tips are.
All and all, a great image. I hope you upload some more foxes soon. If you want to try your hand at a gray fox, I'll try to find the photo of the one that lives near where I work. It's a cutie and likes to explore the residents' bird feeders and bird baths!

Looking at the reference pics, perhaps you might try experimenting with color textures like the ticked fur on her back and face? Just a suggestion!
