Just a few more of these ref sheets, then I'll upload something more interesting, I promise! xDMeet Vegas. He's the Aaka Tribe's top runner and father to Enapaw. He takes his role of training young kits to be tribe runners very seriously, especially when training Sorin and Enapaw.
His red markings are similar to "war paint" only given to the tribe's runners (aka warriors). The higher in rank a runner is, the more elaborate the fox's war paint markings are. <3 The markings are often only applied during war and festivals.

Exactly! xD Enapaw's mom is an amber colored vixen with the same leg stripes and light purple eyes. He didn't show very many features from his father except for the back stripe pattern. Though, if I decide to give Enapaw a sibling, they'd be darker colored. ;3

I'm slowly noticing that with each sheet you do, your anatomy looks more foxy and less feline. I'm proud of you <3 I love all these by the way, you have a super cute style and neat character design :3

It does take a while, same thing happened to me when going from lions to wolves, etc. x3 Just look at pics of the animals. There's tiny little things that make all the differences. Your foxes are looking great, but if I may do an observation, make their backs straight, instead of curved downwards. That's more of a feline thing O: Look [link] changing the shape of the spine makes alot of difference :>
