Both very prideful in there work with mother constructing building designs and interior while his father hauled lumber and built the homes. Creating and repairing structures all through the surrounding villages and Inaria.
- Alec had no knack for the creativity his mother possessed or the physical skill that his father cherished. This only grew to upset the stallion, in turn inflicting unnecessary pain or humiliation to his son. As he slowly grew stronger Alec began to carry supplies to and from his parent's work zones.
- At 15 he began to transport goods for others and at age 16 he was betrothed to a common horse mare, much to his father's relief. A few weeks into wedding planning, Alec's wife-to-be, young and spiteful toward her family, tricked the dense teen into a sexual encounter. It was only a few weeks later that the young mare began to swell with foal, exposing the two children. The young mother fled while Alec was branded and chased from his childhood home by his father.
- Devastated, homeless, and now forcibly orphaned, Alec lived off table scraps and spare change until he was capable of acquiring small jobs transferring goods or delivering news. Eventually he was able to purchase a small hut in the surrounding villages, right on the border of Inaria where most of his clients resided.
***At age 25 he was hauled away to Torrine for his own protection against Talori traitors. During this time he was blessed by Cascade with Retrocognition, shocked by these events, Alec dove into any and all content of the God's Lore. He eventually came to the unpopular realization that it was not Cascade's bias toward pegasi, but the Talorians. This developed anger toward his herd.
- Alec spent most of his time hiding away in his temporary home in Torrine studying history and lore until he was confronted by a guardian with a child in tow. At 9 years of age, the young pegasus filly was said to be his daughter , sent to her father's custody by her unlocated mother who believed her safety would be preserved within Torrine's walls.
- Upon the release of Torrine's custody, Alec struggled to keep his rowdy daughter under control, usually preferring to stay hidden in books rather than fight with her. After regaining his freedom from the oddball settlement, Alec meets a small yet impressively beautiful mare that he unawaringly grows attached to in only a few hours.
- Now 26 and a mere week after release from Torrine, The Summer Solstice Ceremony seems to go off without a hitch until the crowd is attacked by members of The Flight. Upon confrontation of a few members, Alec chooses to side with The Flight due to similar views and the safety of his daughter. Alec and Agnes are free from imprisonment in Torrine.
- Alec begins to construct plans and strategies with the flock members, ironically receiving a seemingly delayed letter from the Sage requesting a change of rank to a Philosopher position, which is laughably accepted.

- After The Flight's company begins to settle into their roles within Talori ground, Alec begins to receive and return letters to and from Selora, growing their seedling of a relationship.
- After Alec's rank change, he leaves Agnes under the watchful eye of a few young flock members to travel to Cascade's Grotto in search of redemption for supporting the terrorists who destroyed her city. Though along this journey he is taken hostage by a young Quagga known as Jay for only a short time. He does not reach Cascade's Grotto and instead chooses to head home upon release, feeling that his time was wasted.
