Let me give you some CnC on this: First. If your rhg has a huge ass triple bladed scythe. WHY DID HE USE A GUN TO SHOOT THE PERSON. I mean he could have like cut him up and stuff it really would have made the animation better. Also the reactions are done very lazily, but it might just be the zetabrand style of animation. And the run at the begging was awkward, kinda like he was ice skating towards him instead of running to him. And the gun fire broke all the rules of physics. 1. a bullet from a revolver wont be enough to blow some guy up in a huge explosion. And if you wanted a huge explosion the us should have used a rocket launcher ( but I still think that bigass triple padded scythe would have been better). Also the attacks are so close together. Like once he is done with a punch he goes straight into a kick 2 frames later. Try spacing out the attacks so your guy can build up anticipation and force for attacks.Its also very choppy. To get rid of choppyness I would suggest watching combo tutorials or watch me animate's. They might be boring but they helped me a lot when I was starting to animate.
Now lets talk about the good stuff...

So I like the shading you did on the explosions and the ground smash. I also like the gun, it looked really nice c:
