Description
Book 3:To prepare for the invasion, Katara and Sokka have left BaSingSe for the Fire Nation, where they end up going under cover as normal citizens. But unlike Sokka, who's having the time of his life, getting new experiences, eating different kinds of food, Katara's under constant pressure.
Can they keep their cover? Nobody must find out!
Then a lean, tan guy comes their way. He bends himself over Katara's blanket, his shorter friend standing behind.
"Hey,"
"Uh...hello," Katara replies
"My name's Chan. What's yours?"
Katara feels the heat come to her cheeks. It's not from the guy, it's from the stress of keeping her secret.
"Kara."
she spits out really fast.
"Hey! You didn't introduce me," says the guy behind Chan.
"Oh. That's Ruon Jian. I was thinking, I'm having a party tonight -- would you like to come?"
He winks suggestively. Sokka leaps into the air, his eyes turning to small red beating hearts.
"Woohoo! Parrr-tay!"
Katara nearly facepalms.
"That's my brother..."
"Oh, it's cool -- he can come too."
"The more the merrier," says Ruon Jian, with half-lidded eyes,
"So, are you coming?"
Katara looks up. Is this really going to happen?! No, she must stop it now. This will blow their cover for good.
"Party! What party? NO! I can't go to a party."

Alright I really blow at doing critiques so bear with me. XD
First, you did a great job matching the style of Avatar. I could tell who it was from the thumbnail, and while the style looks pretty simple, it's not easy to imitate at all. XD Great job on the background, the figures back there, and perspective. It does look 3-dimensional and gives you a sense of depth. :3
The biggest thing that sticks out as a con is Kitara's eye. It's a little far over to the right and her pupils aren't on the same level, one looks higher than the other. Other than that- very good work.

Play around with the right eye a bit. :3 Or just keep it in mind for next time! I have a hard time getting the eyes to look right too. XD; It's a curse.
