For right side dock i use Rocket Dock with Blank skin and Token Light icons.

For other elements i use latest version of Rainmeter beta with some great skins.

To get Taskbar Icons in middle like in screenshot you need to add new blank toolbar in taskbar

(use an empty folder as toolbar) and move it far left , right click on toolbar and hide title.

Or you can use this Rainmeter skin as alternative to Translucent Taskbar : TaskbarX

it will move icons in middle and make taskbar fully transparent

To customize icons on taskbar u can change icons in shortcut and pin it to toolbar.

For visualizer position: right click on skin > edit skin > find cntrx and cntry >

set new screen coordinates > save file > right click on skin and click refresh.
