For top dock i use Rocket Dock with Simply skin and Devine Icons (its updated Gaia icon pack).

Bottom is good old windows taskbar with TaskbarX skin and Token icons.

For other elements i use latest version of Rainmeter with some great skins.

it will move icons in middle and make taskbar fully transparent

To customize icons on taskbar u can change icons in shortcut and pin it to toolbar.

Don't forget to give some love to all skin/wallpaper authors.
