PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE KEEP IN MIND that this is nottttt a tutorial in the slightest, but more like my thought process in the making of: [link]But regardless it might be of use to somebody, so I thought I'd share~
If you have any questions though, please dont hesitate to ask!
EDIT: if anyone would like to request a tutorial or if you want to see more process things, please let me know! I really enjoy making these things and helping other artists when I can, but if no one wants/needs them then my time would be better spent doing something else. D:
So yeah! Let me know what you want to see, what you like, what you dont like (but please be constructive).

I love this painting style. I've learned quite a bit from this tutorial! Is it possible that you could make another one, but this time a full body character? if you want to that is :3

Thank you! I'm glad it was helpful :3
I plan on doing a fullbody one in the future, when I'm more comfortable. It's more or less the same process though!

Very nice! Thanks for posting this! I've been trying to get some process walkthroughs or something for painting over lines. This was very informative and helpful! Thanks again!

I'm glad it was useful to you! I had a bit of trouble adjusting to the style in the beginning because I was so afraid to lose the form when the lines are gone! XD
Though now that I've painted a little more with the style, it's actually quite relaxing~

Really? I shall have to practice lots then 8D
I want to get more painterly, I imagine that the process is a lot faster than sketching, then outlining, then flatcoloring and then painting and then touch-ups >.>
