Description
Last week I went through my backup drive and found an old sketch from when I was about 10 years old. It was a mix-and-match creature, inspired by those that an artist was drawing on a children's show at that time.
The name "Esaffedil" is a combination of the words "Esel" (donkey), "Giraffe" and "Krokodil". It's easy to see why.

This sketch looked like a perfect candidate for a makeover, including some environment practice. I can't for the life of me remember what animal provided the abdomen and hind legs, so I loosely based them on a fox.

The painting was done in GIMP.
