I've been meaning to make a celebration reaction for a while. This weekend looked like a good time to get this done because it coincided with at least one celebration-worthy event.So here's a colorful, exuberant Stranger.
Done in Blender, rendered with Cycles and the Freestyle options, and composited to achieve a hand-drawn look.
