okay okay so I don't normally comment but i struggled with the same thing for so long. You have to make a new "linework" layer, it's the button right next to the "new layer" button in sai! It gives you that pen tool and other neat things for line work c: I hope this helps! <3

Pues no sé siempre creía que a la hora de sombras y luces usabas photoshop (como casi todos los que hacen dibujos geniales ; w

lol XD bueno photoshop lo usan más en cosas de efectos, y cambios de colores. Hay quienes les gusta dibujar ahi, pero en lo personal, prefiero SAI por que tiene un genialoso lineart :3

claro XD, bueno, vez el lineart? trazas una linea
despues hay un botoncito que tiene un lapiz blanco y abajo de este tiene una flechita que va hacia abajo.
Y de esta hay una fina linea horizontal.
Bueno esta le das click, y se selecciona (color moradito) y entonces mueves el cursor (la flechita, mouse nose XD) sobre
cualquier extremo de la linea que trasaste. Le picas (no dejes de sujetar el click) y luego aparece algo asi ( 100%/100%)
y entonces, si mueves el cursor hacia abajo el 100% va a disminuir y va a hacer mas pequeña ese lado de la linea que picaste.
O al contrario, si le subes el cursor, el 100% subira, y se hará más gruesa el extremo de la linea que seleccionaste.
Y ya con la practica, le vas dando forma a las lineas :3
