A simple step-by-step of how to draw realistic feathered wings
The other one I had is hard to see, and I've learned how to draw wings better since then.
This one was done in photoshop, but it's pretty much the same with traditional media. Just remember to draw lightly.
Let me know if anything is confusing at all, or if there's something that you think can be improved on to help better understand the process.
Hope you guys find this useful! =]

Thank you so much for this! A cover I was working on just WOULD NOT GEL, and this tutorial helped me realize what exactly was bugging me so much, structurally.
No I've overcome the block that was plaguing me for months on this project!

I won't be posting any birds, but this will help a lot in the future (especially since I'm not the best at feathered wings...). ^^

This was probably the most simple and easiest tut on wings I've ever found. I've seen some that are so complicated and going into so much detail. The easy step by step was like a revelation for me, and it helped me a lot. Thanks for making this!

I'm so glad it helped! I figured that the best way to teach others would be the exact way I do things, and so far it seems to work! =]
