I like how you've picked up on the abstract nature here, which is so clearly expressed in the layers/levels, the different colours, and each individual portion.

It's really quite interesting, actually, how there is something different going on in each level. I think the bottom and the top hold the most intriguing things, with the section in the middle acting as the space between them both, if that makes sense.

Feels almost digital with the way things are here, yet there is a clear distinct sense of its industrial nature.

Awesome stuff.

This is one of the rare occasions where the lines caught my eyes while shooting (rather than while editing), though I brought out the colors afterwards

You're right There is something different going on in each level - I hadn't noticed that, whats it mean?

You know there's an evidence that Β the universe (and everything in it) is actually digital - which means at every instance we cease to exist and are brought back in to existence

Really? I would have thought that lines often catch your eyes when shooting, but I guess it can often happen during the editing process as well.

You often bring out the colours, which is a good thing.

Perhaps it reflects society, and onion peels!

...that's intense.

Nah...well sometimes I guess, hard to say how much lines catch my eye, and I go 'gotta shoot it'Β

I almost always bring out the colors, flamboyance may be in the genes Β

Society and onion peels, that juxtaposition says something in and of itself

I would think you'd be more aware of that than me.

I guess sometimes it all feels quite subconscious, taking photographs.. we shoot something, and we don't realise until afterwards that there's a sense of balance that attracted us, or something about the piece.

Flamboyance.

Indeed.

You're welcome. And I knowww. I don't really wanna upload traditional drawings, and I don't have a personal camera to take photos with without making them all pixel-ish. I'm still practicing digital drawing.

Lucky you.

You could upload your practice drawings in digital - that way, over time, you can see your progress

Awesome composition. Love the peace and stability the line direction gives. And the repetitive variation of the individual boxes, and their respective colours, captures a lot of interest.Β

Your urban shots are always so fabulous.

Thanks much sis

Its interesting that you see peace and stability in the photo - I was going for more of a mechanical (inorganic) calm. Always interesting to see different perspectives
