Its difficult to get a good shot of a sleeping cat. Lucky for me, the lighting was perfect and my cat, Shelby, was cooperative.I really do love the lighting here. It looks good on this computer but I might have to tweek it when I get home. There is slight levels and channel mixing adjustments. Just a little tho, because the lighting was prefect without any manip.
Shelby is 15 years old. She is still my beautiful baby tho.

Ah you have an aging cat too eh? My baby is 21 and has so many problems but she's happy and zooms around the house like nobody's business. I don't get to see her much any more now that I'm living away from home but when I do she's still as sweet as ever.
Annnyway. A little more sharpness would have been nice but you know how certain cameras are. Somehow though, I feel it's almost too balanced, like cropping some of the bottom to make it heavier or something would, ah, at least in my opinion, make it compositionally just right. Something about equal placement of weight that makes things feel not quite right to me if you get what I mean.

The lighting is indeed lovely. Plus the composition aint too shabby- with the red : grey : green line .... thing.
I would work on making it more focused [ And trust me, I know it's hard - i'm crap at it] because with something like a furry animal it's just a little confusing.
