Description
Decided to make another cat base between commissions.This includes a .psd file with lineart, shading and color layers. It also includes 3 different tails and a hair tuft so you can get some variations on your designs c:
Size is 1060x1370px
After purshase, you are allowed to:
Use the base as many times as you want. Make and sell adoptables made with this lineart for points/money. Edit the lineart however you want.You are not allowed to:
redistribute the psd-file or lineart. Remove my signatureIf you use this base you don't have to credit me for it but it would be appreciated if you did <3

SCAMMER AND ART THIEF ALERT! Last update: 18/07.
THIS USER HAS LOTS OF ACCOUNTS. She [Catherine Hu] gets currency scamming people to after use those points and/or money to pay for other commissions, as well as other bad stuff. The journal will be edited a lot to include the newer accounts, proof and scammed people.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL, they have:
- Paying for adopts/commissions with PayPal and after asking for a charge back after getting the adopts/art. MORE THAN +200 USD.
- Claimed other art as theirs.
- Tried to commission other people's OC's claiming they were theirs.
- Scammed with adoptables.
- Scammed and tried to scam with commissions (Mainly art).
- Scammed with ToyHouse Codes.
PLEASE REPORT. DO NOT HARASS, IF YOU SEE THEY COMMENT, PLEASE TELL THE ONE WHO IS TALKING THAT CATHERINE IS A SCAMMER AND SHOW THIS JOURNAL.

Okay, so for those that the file isn't working, this is what I do! And it is completely free (except for the purchase of the lines of course!)
So first, purchase and download the file!
Find it in your folder and right-click and select "Extract All"
2 files should pop up! 1 is the "sneak-peek" image used on this devation and the other is the file with layers!
Second off, select your art program (Medibang opens psd-files like these and it is completely free! I use it! I highly recommend it!)
If you are using Medibang (computer), select "open file" and click the file with the layers!!
It should work because this is how I always do it and it's never failed me!

I used PhotoPea, its free as well!
I simple saved each layer and sent it to my separate device for those who don't use the computer/laptop for drawings!

If you can access the files on your laptop, why don't you just merge the transparent lines together and send it to your Ipad yourself?
