Description
I've been reading Richard Williams Animator's Survival Kit and its really helping me understand animation more. To practice what I've learned, I made a rather bouncy run for one of the characters from the game Risk of Rain. It took a long time to do to say the least. I first did an extremely rough draft with just lines to get the motions, the I drew in the lines and flat color, and then I filled in the details for each frame. In between all of that I made minor adjustments constantly like making a shape bigger or move something back. It was a lot of fun and I really like how it turned out.
