Hmm use a younger template and add some age lines under the eyes and corners of the mouth maybe more prominent cheekbones if you want a granny that keeps in shape

Hmm...Perhaps a little less extreme on the cheekbones, add some slightly smudged lines on the face crows feet and maybe laugh-lines around the mouth keep the bone structure of the chin-line intact if possible you can say a lot with white(possibly salt and pepper for a younger grandmother) hair in a simple braid as well.

Things neither I or LV have decided what to with Erica's grandmother yet. Β So I am not really sure if I would want to spend time making a older model I do not plan on using at the moment. Though changes on the face might something I would have ask LV for. Texture mapping and prop creation/altering is what they handle after all as. Mostly making the characters from base models, deciding on initial colors, and basic background stuff is what I have done for Β the couple gynoidians we made really
