Ok, I had this character up earlier, but someone at school told me it sucked, and I wasnt happy with it anyway! So, I re-drew her, and heres the better picture. Yes, I did slightly change the outfit... For the better! ^^

Goodness! Another OC! Shes my Yu Yu Hakusho character for the story me and are doing. Shes a water dragon, or a lung dragon when being more literal or something. Although, shes in her "human" form in this pic. Maybe i'll draw her as a dragon, hmmm... Shes more serious than her counterpart, Kitty, but might be just as random at moments. She and Kitty are the top spies in the demon realm, and have been hired by the name-is-yet-unknown evil guy to be on his team in the next Dark Tournament. Kuwabara thinks shes a fish, and actually asks if she has green blood at one point. xD

The usual coloring procedures were used on this picture.
