If I may offer some advice I think the wolf's posture is well done and looks life like, the patterns and fur effect are things I would not be able to do since I am still limited to stickman.

Here are the things I think could use improvement:
1. The paws: I think it would be better if the paws were done without claws and emphasis on the joints, wolves' claws are like dogs; worn down, but if you don't draw the claws the feet look bare, which is why you don't put emphasis on joints, giving the wolf a more, well done cartoon look.
2. The eyes: At first look the eyes kind of startled me. I really think the wolf would look better if the eyes were smaller, if you were to do this you may also want to brow to shrink or at least be less colored.
3. The Muzzle: The way you drew the muzzle and the mouth was well done. But I think the three dots behind the nose (whisker marks, right?) shouldn't there, I don't no why but they're reminding me of a cat.

This is all my opinion and you don't have to change the picture if you don't want to. It's still a well don picture, I just think there's some room for improvement if you want its look to fit your style more. (which I think is something like anime)
