Second critique. (I feel rather awkward with making critiques. I feel like they're missing something.)

After I left your quite brightly red picture 'The Bloodshed of Sheldon Maruby', I was surprised at the brightness of the blue.

I then decided to start writing another critique to try and capture it's beauty.

I loved the bubbles of water droplets, and was so captivated by them I stared for a few more minutes than I should have and light flashed under my eyes when I closed them.

The cool effect of the hot glistening water made me smile, and the lovely little splashes I absolutely adored.

You must have a high definition camera, because if any regular camera had taken this it would've looked like crud. Seriously, I would have logged out, closed the tab, closed the window, heck, I'd have closed the computer. And then tossed it out a two story window. And then covered it with gasoline. And then thrown a match at it. And the rest would've been history...

Keep photographing. You're doing really well.

Awesome shot! I like the clear quality and slight aberration in the ice.

Certainly an uncommon idea to make a photo about boiling water.
But just like with fire, the forms can be quite interesting to look
at.

Kandroid96 In reply to AudeS [2014-03-17 05:03:59 +0000 UTC]

Yes indeed. It's actually balls of ice that froze in a fish pond as the water splashed onto it. It was very cool when this happened.

Aww thank you. I am trying to do a lot of updating of my old photos before I cycle around to the newer ones. I don't think all of my photos will even be bothered with watermark replacement because 70% of my photos never get seen a anyways xD So I am figure this out as I go along. It amazes me that some things I have from years ago are still regarded so highly, thank you.

I wish they were ice rocks!. With the low temperatures I may be able to replicate it at my mothers house where this one was taken originally.

Thanks. It's not too big. I wish I had taken a shot to compare the sizes. That's maybe the size of a quarter or half dollar.
