Gorgeous use of grayscale. The shadowing is fantastic. A wonderful contrast & great play with light. The snow covered windchime is a nice accessory to the subject, as well. To get the sun just right through the branches without leaking is a skill. Wonderful positioning. I love when nature decides to strike a lovely pose! There are so many wonderful images you can create through the wonders of snow! I can't wait to see more from you, and hope to see, not only nature, but possibly more portraits of the human & animal range? Keep getting awesome shots!!! You're doing fabulous work!!

I thought more Devastating. It was the day after we had over 23 inches of snow. It was one of the three blizzards we had that winter.
