Good to hear it. Creativity-wise, I feel like I sat down in some deep, thick but not all that uncomfortable mud. Had a blast of creativity in January but now...pfffttt.

my solution was to return to bold and extremely fast illustrations. take a single thought or feeling, sit down with pencil and stroke out a form or gesture that speaks from that. quick washes in water color, then bold and super fast sharpie inks, the faster the better so i have no time to over-think any of the execution. very calligraphic. then on to the next page as soon as possible. since i have just been thru a personal ragnarok, i have lots to catharsis with. next month i am going to do a ridiculous amount of model shooting [for me], because i haven't been much in awhile, have no real concepts to actualize, just doing it to keep moving, to keep the juices flowing. maybe something nice will drop down out of the flow, maybe not. main thing is more movement, less thought.
