I'm glad you like my art and particularly this piece... it took so much effort and I swore to myself that I won't draw anything that detailed for a while XD; Although that didn't work for too long...
I love Ghost in the Shell. It's one of the best [and first] anime I've seen. Although I have to say I like the manga better >< !! It has so much more style and Kusanagi is a more "dimensional" character.
I'm actually thinking about joining this contest [link] Wish me luck!

I love GITS so much (virtually most of my friends know) and I'll spend so much money on the whole franchise (I have the rare 'Ghost In The Shell Stand Alone Complex: Log Book 1' for the first TV season; only 1500 produced - at least I think thatβs for the UK version

I love the wings design, the braid, the hair in general, the cloth, the way you portrayed the fabric, and the whole mystical feel of the image. You're really good at painting in PSCS2 as well *_* You're gonna have to teach me how one day cuz I'm really horrible at it! (What tools do you use?)

Umm, I use Photoshop CS2, and just a normal, flat brush with no fuzzy edges. :3 Sometimes I use layer properties such as overlay and multiply to change the lighting of the picture... but other than that, I don't really use and fancy tools ;_; *even though I should* =_=
Yeah, I kinda got tired to the bottom of the picture, so the details are not as "detailed". XD I decided I will never do anything that has so many small bits in it... XD;;

Man, as I see it, I would make some work over the upper right part of the hair, which because of being too lighted tends to give the impression of being false, some shadow treatment would make it, and ummm the boots seem to me like placed strange on the perspective plane, would mind a review, that floor cuts strange...
but taking that out, tremendous work on clothing and expression, and color, love the detail on the weapon, on the accesories, great great, thanks a lot for the great view.
