[Full View to see the Details PLEASE] (:Just a quick drawing to get a rest from a few major pictures I'm working on. Once again, sort of attempted to mimic a traditional art picture... >>; *failed miserably*
Also made it look like a movie screenshot. Sort of.
If you can't tell, it's Kaoru from RK. I wanted to draw something to represent the time when Kenshin left for Kyoto... That scene actually made me cry. x_x But yeah. Hope you guys like this.
EDIT: I know there's too many mistakes in this piece... I drew it mostly for texture/technique practice. :3

You can see so much emotion just in her eyes! I love how you drew the other person in the background so that they almost blend in, but you can still see them. Great composition and colouring, as always

ah damn i'm good XD i knew it was kaoru.. BWAHAHAH ok ok.. hmmm ... she looks eerily erm... depressed O.o (hasn't watched kenshin so has no idea what happens in it)
the eyes are awesome!~ XD great work!~ the hair's really good too =]
the nose is sorta like too rounded... for a realistic nose.. (well in comparison to her body weight anyhow..) and the shadow on the right side of the nose is too.. um... sudden? but not gradual enough? O.o so it sorta seems like the nose just got suddenly cut off there @_@ like the bottom area of the nose does create a strong shadow.. but then it sorta flattens out with the face as it moves up? so yeah.. O.o sharp edge there
But overall, it's great!~ and for somethign done in 2 hours v.v; that's even better @_@
