From an artistic perspective this is a nice photo. Stressing on the book:

The book is not in English so to a majority it is as if some mysterious writing that holds a lot of power. Not knowing what the book says for many is a huge plus. Then the contrast of the blurred page with the writing clear in the other page adds an impressive effect and coupled with the lighting, the book alone would have looked good.

Now... the key itself is unique. The fact that it is a watch/tells time gives it a look of eternity... you can say this is a key of time (I would prefer this title more) and the manufacture is in itself really good. So over all it is a great pic.
