what program/brushes do you use?? ;0; this is beautiful

I used Photoshop Cs5 for this with a whole bunch of brushes from different (free) sets I got from dA. n_n It's based on a recent anatomy study of a cheetah @/Tamberella posted on her Patreon from which I got the PSDwhichIpluckedapartshamelessy
