Defenitely Skuntank. I mean, Skuntank actually made my blood boil to an exploding point, after the Apple Woods incident. And he tried to kill the Guildmaster! Yes, Gengar tried to kill me(as Olive), but I had a good bonding experiance with Kay, and we got a valuble new member, Despair the Absol. Plus, it taught the town to trust us and that we were strong. Gengar even started crying because of what he'd done in the end.
So that's why Skuntank is on that boat.
