Do you have the secret slab/mystery part? Those can help you get alot of legendaries. Also, there's a bunch in the final maze.

yep, i got the mystery part before i even beat the game lol, and i've already gotten moltres from final maze, and i almost got suicune, but the mareep i had on my team at the time, well he defeated it...lol
