Description: Svanns are big, feathered, dragonbears. They're highly intelligent and the over-developed fur over their browbones makes their expressions look almost human They make good pets, but due to their agressive protectiveness and size they must be trained to follow orders from a young age. They are not nocturnal but have very light-sensitive eyes and prefer to stay in the shadows when the sun is highest in the sky.
(Yes, they can be anthro-ed.)
Rules:

I am curious about one thing thought what happens when someone purchases the 2000 point download and yet someone else comes and dose the same thing or is it only availble so that one person can do that? It's more of a curosity thing these are so cute ;d but I don' t have that many points lol ;d so adorable look at them eyes.Β

The PButton stays up as long as the account owner leaves it there so yes, it's possible for two people to click it... Given the high amount of points, it's improbable for someone to just click it without asking first if the adoptable is open.
Personally, once it has been clicked, I take it down to avoid this, just to be safe.

I'm curious, if I did buy the little sweetie, would I be able to have a concept loosely based of it in a book I'm writing? The concept being a giant bear-like fluffy thing, not the dragonness part and what have you.

I'm pretty sure you don't need to buy this flaff to make a similar concept appear in your book, I do not own bears after all.
But yes, I do allow for my adoptables to be used in RP, stories and whatever, as long as the rules are followed, so no breeding, no creating another one on your own and not claim ownership of the species. I don't ask for direct credit (it is nice when it's given but I'm not a nazi over it) unless you plan to repost/use my art, in which case yes, a line of art/species ownership is asked.
